Join the Forerunner network as a synchronizer operator

2 Get Your License

Make the binary executable and check your wallet:

chmod +x ./synchronizer-node
./synchronizer-node get-license

Two options to obtain a license:

Option A: Buy License (500 MON)

Self-service via smart contract. Instant token ID.

Option B: Contact Representative

Reach out to your Forerunner contact for license minting. Provide: wallet address, hostname, region.

You'll receive a token ID to use in the next step.

3 Generate Attestation

Once you receive your token ID, generate the config:

./synchronizer-node attest --token-id YOUR_TOKEN_ID --toml

Copy the [license] block output.

4 Configure

Create or edit your config file:

nano synchronizer.toml

Paste the [license] block from Step 3 into the config.

Example minimal config:

ws_port = 8900

[license]
token_id = YOUR_TOKEN_ID
# ... paste attestation here

5 Start Synchronizer

./synchronizer-node start --config synchronizer.toml

The synchronizer will:
